That Council consent to the enactment of a Regional By-law delegating tax ratio setting in accordance with Section 310 of the Municipal Act, 2001 for the 2025 property tax year as outlined in the corporate report dated January 23, 2025, from the City Manager and Chief Administrative Officer, entitled “Delegation of Regional Tax Ratio Setting Authority for 2025”. That Council consent to the apportionment methodology in place in the 2024 taxation year updated for 2025 assessments.
