Looks like it’s still broken with caution tape for safety. City should place caution indicators until fixed to avoid injury from sharp splinters or falls into water

Yes based on the link above "Track on 311", it is completed. I will changed it to resolve. But do you confirm that it is fixed? It would be great to "add after photo" to the Community updates and hit the 'It's fixed' button :)
